Michele is a strategic, hands-on leader with over 10 years of experience in scaling implementation, clinical operations, and customer success functions. She excels in building scalable, repeatable processes- without sacrificing the customer experience.

Previously, as Executive Director of Implementation Services at Elligo Health Research, Michele led the expansion of a technology-driven client services division, streamlining project timelines and driving meaningful initiatives. At One Mnet Health, she scaled implementation services, reducing onboarding time by 25%.

With a unique background spanning nursing and client technology services, Michele brings deep clinical expertise and operational leadership, giving her a well-rounded view of patient and provider needs.
