We’re excited to welcome Jason McWhorter to Vironix Health as our new SVP of Operations!

Jason’s spent his career building and leading customer operations teams across SaaS and tech, especially during high-growth and turnaround moments. He’s helped companies improve customer satisfaction, streamline operations, and turn support teams into real drivers of retention and growth.

What really stands out is how he blends strong operational thinking with a practical, data-driven approach. He’s led global teams, rolled out AI-supported workflows, and built systems that make support faster, more efficient, and more reliable.

At Vironix, Jason will focus on strengthening our operations as we scale—making sure our customers have a smooth experience and that we’re set up for long-term success in virtual care.
